scanners, CD/DVD-Rom burners, video and/or sound cards, fire-wire
and/or USB ports, operating system or anything else that strikes

For a system that is having problems that
are not identifiable during a phone consultation a Tech will
be dispatched to your location to perform diagnostics and
outline a solution. Fee is applicable to the repair cost
should you choose to have the system repaired. In most
cases we are able to diagnose and repair the problem onsite
within a short time.
Maximum Hardware repair charge $99.* per incident
Maximum Software repair charge $299.** per incident
* Does not include parts.
** Price based on worst case scenario of a system that
needs complete operating system and most used Applications
reloaded and configured. Limits apply to specialty software
and device connection beyond one printer. Does not include
Data Recovery if needed. |
